After a combined 12 years of riding and coaching at the University of South Carolina, Kristen Terebesi is excited to integrate her experience as a coach with her extensive knowledge as a rider to bring you the very best in specialized equestrian services; take you riding to the next level, goal setting for optimum success, and the pursuit to ride at the collegiate level.

Kristen was a 4-year letter winner at the University of South Carolina. For the Gamecocks, she helped the team bring home 3 National Championship titles, is the only rider in history to win Individual National Championship titles in both Flat and Fences, and was named USC’s Female Athlete of the Year. She was a team captain, 4-time MVP, treasurer on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Dean’s List and SEC All-Academic, and complete a double major in Advertising and Visual Communications.

She is an avid equestrian, 38 years riding and training. She grew up riding in Chester County, Pennsylvania and was a working student for Jeff Ayers and Beacon Hill and rode frequently with Patty Stovel as a junior and professional. As a junior, Terebesi excelled in the Equitation and Junior Hunters with catch rides and accolades along the way.

Kristen was called back to college athletics and began her tenure as Associate Head Coach at the University of South Carolina back in 2017. She coached, trained, rode, managed, recruited, and found a real passion for coaching - produced 20 All-Americans, a winning record, increased performance standard, and created team culture proved to be the envy of the Southeastern Conference.
